Your link is yours The joining link is personal to you and must not be shared or passed on. Places are limited and shared links take someone else's place. Classes are recorded Classes are recorded so that people who booked can watch them afterwards. You are not visible and audible in that recording, only Giselle is.​ You may not record the class yourself, in any form. ​ If a class cannot go ahead Occasionally a class has to be cancelled — illness, travel, or a failure of the technology. If Giselle cancels, you will be offered a place in another class, a refund, or a credit. ​If you cancel a class Cancel it on the site up to one hour before it starts. If you booked with a class pack, the class goes back into your pack. If you paid for the single class, Giselle will send you a credit for the same amount to use on another session.
