Technique: Balance, form and rhythm practiced individually in different combinations.
Day 1 - Foundation: The mechanics and fundamental structure of lapses. The hug inside the tower: how to guide and interpret it.
Dynamics through little colgadas.
Day 2 - Creativity: Different ins and outs.

Seminar: SACADAS
By understanding not only what a sacada is but also how it is built, the figure stops being just a step to memorize. Instead, it becomes a powerful tool for improvisation—opening the door to new ideas and creative combinations in your dance.
While the technique for a sacada is almost identical for leaders and followers, the real challenge lies in how the leader invites and communicates it to the partner. Together, we’ll explore this process, working through the natural logic of its structure to find the easiest and most effective way to make the movement flow.
