1 hour technique, 2 hours couples class, and Practilonga 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Technique Foundations Individual technical exercises Body awareness and preparation Essential movement principles Core technique for both roles 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Partnered Application Practical sequence work Embrace dynamics Leading and following techniques Partner rotation practice Short break included 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Potluck Practilonga No partner required - this workshop welcomes both individual dancers and couples First session focuses on individual technical work Second session includes partner rotation for practical application All levels welcome with some basic tango experience
